一种非最小相位过程的PI-PD控制器整定方法A Tuning Method of PI-PD Controller for Non-minimum Phase Processes

摘要(Abstract):
在工业过程中存在着一种非最小相位过程,这种被控过程的控制难度较大,采用常规的控制方法难以达到满意的控制效果。针对非最小相位过程,基于PI-PD控制结构提出了一种参数整定策略。依据内模控制原理设计PID控制器,再将其分解为PI-PD控制器,并给出控制器的参数整定策略。该控制器中含有两个可调参数,并且都与系统的动态性能及鲁棒性相关。理论分析及仿真结果表明了该策略的有效性。
