常速度流场下纯物质枝晶生长的相场法模拟Simulation of Constant Velocity Flow of Pure Material Dendritic Growth Using Phase Field Method

摘要(Abstract):
用相场法模拟金属枝晶在常数速度流场下的生长过程。相场模型的离散采用有限差分法;对不同速度、各向异性、方向角、界面宽度等因素对金属枝晶形貌和生长的影响进行了研究。得出的结论:在有速度情况下,枝晶形貌不对称;不同速度会对枝晶的形貌产生不同的影响;在常数速度流场条件下,流速、方向角、界面宽度、各向异性越大,枝晶生长的就越快,枝晶长的越发达。
