改进canny算子的太阳能电池表面缺陷检测Surface Defect Detection of Solar Cells Based on Improved Canny Operator

摘要(Abstract):
为提高太阳能电池的利用率,以蓝斑、磨损、缺角等局部缺陷类型的光伏组件为研究对象,对有缺陷的太阳能电池表面利用图像增强、中值滤波、改进的Canny边缘检测等图像处理技术进行模拟仿真及实验。通过Canny算子检测得到其表面缺陷,并进行数据对比分析得出边缘检测算法相对于传统算法具有较好的抗噪性能和检测精度。根据实验测量的数据建立像素灰度值和光照强度的函数关系,为研究有缺陷的太阳能电池表面下的光伏输出特性提供更有效的方法。
