一种新型的磨屑在线监测传感器的实验研究Test Research on a Novel Debris on-line Monitor Sensor

摘要(Abstract):
在分析国际上现行的磨屑在线监测传感器的基础上,提出了一种新型的磨屑监测传感器-电磁铁重复聚集磨屑,霍尔器件测量磨屑量的变化的磨屑,并对磨屑的传感与测量方式进行了实验研究。对监测输出与磨屑浓度的关系进行了理论分析,最后对样机进行了实验研究。实验研究表明,所研究的磨屑传感器可以有效地反映磨屑浓度的变化,具有较好的应用前景。
