一种薄壁件铣削多点接触动力学模型建立方法A Method of Establishing Multi-point Contact Dynamic Model for Milling of Thin-walled Parts

摘要(Abstract):
针对薄壁件侧铣颤振稳定性预测的问题,建立了一种新型多点接触动力学模型用于预测薄壁零件的侧铣稳定性。该方法考虑了刀具和工件动力学参数沿刀具轴向的变化,先在铣削系统坐标系各个方向单独建立动力学方程组,然后通过结构动力学方法将各点建立的模型变换为多点接触的铣削动力学模型,相比于之前的多点接触动力学模型更加简捷。基于该模型对一组工件的铣削颤振稳定性进行了预测,并与传统的单点动力学模型预测结果进行了对比,经过试验验证,结果表明该模型预测的极限切削深度较单点动力学模型更大且与实际值更为接近。
