周期切换可修系统最优视情维修决策Optimal Condition-based Maintenance Decision of Periodic Switching Repairable System

摘要(Abstract):
为了降低维修停机对系统生产的影响,针对需周期切换的可修系统,制定了离线视情维修策略。分析了维修资源投入度对修理效果、修理成本和修理时间的影响关系。以系统有限时间范围内平均费用率最小为目标,建立了解析优化模型,以决策最优的系统切换周期、预防维修阈值及维修资源投入度。模型求解过程中,在考虑维修资源投入度的情况下,通过分析需交替使用和修理的运行设备与备用设备对应的系统状态转移特性,推导了系统状态的稳态概率密度计算模型。最后,以矿井通风机系统为对象进行实验,实验结果表明考虑维修资源投入度的离线视情维修可极大提高系统维修的经济性。
