润滑剂在微深冲过程中对不锈钢极薄带的影响Effect of Lubricant on Ultra-thin Stainless Steel Strip During Micro Deep Drawing

摘要(Abstract):
在微成形领域由于加工件表现出了一定的的尺寸效应,具有与宏观成形不同的变形特点,其中润滑剂对成形的影响尤其重要。该研究使用甘油基纳米添加剂TiO_2作为润滑剂,选取50 um厚的SUS304制作成形微型杯。研究了干摩擦和不同浓度的油基润滑剂对加工件尺寸效应的影响,发现1)与其它润滑条件相比,用4 wt%甘油基纳米TiO2润滑剂拉伸的微成型杯的表面质量最好;2)微成形杯的最大深冲力和最后冲程深冲力均随润滑剂浓度的降低而增加,在无润滑条件下达到最大值。本研究为不锈钢带材后序制备成形其它零件提供了参考。
