摘要(Abstract)：
研究了Hilbert空间Xi上具有有穷秩输入和输出的Riesz-Spectral系统Σ(Ai,Bi,Ci):.zi(t)=Aizi(t)+Biu(t),zi(0)=z0iyi(t)=Cizi(t)i=1.2在无穷时间段上的统一近似可控性和可观测性,利用矩阵的秩得到了判断统一近似可控性和可观测性的充要条件。
